Discuss about low income African and African American Males, ages 33-55 years, suffering from hypertension, what strategic modalities are most effective in reducing blood pressure to normal in 8-12 months following diagnosis in primary care setting?

In this paper, I’m looking at what strategies are best in reducing blood pressure in Africans And African American Males.
Introduction- describes the phenomenon and main health issue gives an argument for examining the problem.
Background and significance-provides context of the health problem, and why it is important to address it, need to provide strong evidence ( I would go with CDC facts about hypertension). Review of literature with sufficient studies, reviews and scientific papers supporting the problem of interest. Thematic discussion of Literature ( some of the themes am looking at are the role of religion/spirituality/faith-based programs, medical mistrust, poor adherence to drugs, Role of culture, messages/beliefs/attitudes, provider bias, and racism & discrimination. Synthesis of Literature review issues to emerge from the literature are, socio-economic, political,culture, family, spirituality/ ethical consideration, Education/illiteracy. And finally a theoretical framework and a nursing theory that can be applied.
