The purpose of this individual assignment is to give you an opportunity to explore OB topics of your choice at an in-depth level. First, you have to search for Harvard Business Review articles on the topic of your interest from Roosevelt Library. The article should be published after 2015. The topic could be broad (e.g. motivation) or narrow (e.g. fairness in workplace). After choosing THREE articles from Harvard Business Review (please discuss with me if you would like to choose articles from different sources), you should briefly review the article within 1-2 pages. Then, you have to illustrate (1) how the articles are related and how they are different, and (2) main takeaways and (3) your own opinion about the topic. To successfully elaborate your opinion, you may want to connect to the theories we discussed in the class and provide relevant examples from your first or second-hand experience. The paper should be double-spaced in 12-point Times New Roman font with 1” margins around. The appropriate length of the paper would be about 5-7 pages, excluding references.
