Summary:
For the Week 7 Exercises, you will complete and submit the
following items:
Module 13
Discuss artificial intelligence
and the capabilities required of a computer to handle artificial
intelligence.
How do expert systems differ
from decision support systems? What are some of the uses of expert
systems?
Describe case-based reasoning
and how the four Rs involved are used in the design and implementation of
case-based reasoning.
What are intelligent agents and
how are they used? List the types of intelligent agents and describe at
least one of the types you listed.
Module 14
Discuss virtual reality (VR)
and determine some of the benefits of VR and its applications.
How do augmented reality (AR),
virtual reality (VR), and mixed reality (MR) differ from each other?
Discuss cloud computing, the
components of cloud computing, and the advantages of cloud computing.
Discuss blockchain technology
and cryptocurrency.
The purpose of the Exercise is to help you better understand the
key points. It is not sufficient to state your opinions alone; you must be able
to back up your responses by applying concepts and topics from the text with
the information that supports your findings. The expected response length is
3-5 sentences per question.
Be as thorough as possible when writing your responses, and
