In this module, you will identify a gap or problem in policy, process, or practice and provide data from the organization to support the gap or problem. In addition to sharing how the gap or problem was identified and the potential solution, you’ll discuss what the organization desires as the outcome(s) along with the actions and requirements needed to get there.
