The paper should be organized like a short research paper (at least 6 full pages) with an
introduction describing what you will focus on, a body comprised of the bulk of the analysis
(you may want to use subheadings for different sections), and a short conclusion summarizing
your findings.

You will choose one recent film/tv show that either:
1. Addresses, challenges, or perpetuates common stereotypes about
masculinity/femininity (or manhood/womanhood)
OR
2. Addresses, challenges, or perpetuates common stereotypes about race/ethnicity

Based on your qualitative textual analysis, you will answer the following question at some point
in your paper (feel free to go deeper):
