Your Board of Directors is not supportive of the concept of telecommuting. They believe that the advantages of being in an office environment far outweigh the conveniences of working from home. Now that COVID-19 and the stay at home order has forced people to work from home, you think now is the time to revisit the telecommuting concept with the Board.
Write a memo to the Board members persuading them to support you in your effort to make telecommuting a standard for your company. Here are some suggestions:
Discuss how telecommuting has worked to keep the business afloat
Provide any data supporting the advantages of telecommuting
Describe a plan for addressing and managing the concerns about telecommuting
