In the final module paper, the format is a little different. As a way of summarizing your experiences, please address the following questions. In your discussion, rather than simply stating that you are well prepared (or not), justify the position you take in your responses…..explain your responses or give examples.
The paper should be the usual minimum of two pages in length.

1. Discuss how well prepared you are to use professional ethics in your reasoning to arrive at principled decisions in your work with clients.

2. Discuss how well prepared are you to communicate orally and in writing with individuals, families, groups, organizations, communities and colleagues involved in your work.

3. Discuss how well prepared you are to recognize the extent to which culture and cultural values may oppress, marginalize or alienate the at-risk populations you may work with.

4. Discuss how well prepared you are to use the concepts you have learned in this program to guide you in doing assessments, providing interventions and evaluating your own work (or your agency’s) in social work practice.
