Once a strategic plan is being used by an organization, one of the most important exercises is for the team(s) and leaders to review, reflect, and collaborate on progress regarding projects and programs. Please discuss how you can influence your plan as it relates to projects and programs. Chapters 9 – 11 provide insights for managing projects with specific strategies within organizational planning. Please pull from your readings and experiences, and detail how project management fits into strategic planning.
