instance, how did you balance being genuine and authentic while also maintaining
a professional demeanor? What was easier and more difficult about this process?
How did you make choices around self-disclosure (personal information or
reflection of feeling)?

The paper should include an introduction and a concluding paragraph. This paper
should be 5 pages in length and cite 5 sources. These sources can be from the
syllabus or outside sources and should be in proper APA format and include a
reference page at the end of the paper.

Mini background

this mock interview was about me the social worker(orange hair-MIchelle Joseph) interviewing my partner Elena in this project. this is her first time being in counseling. The whole idea is that she’s been working at this job for a few years and she’s not happy with her pay anymore. She heard there’s a job at target with better pay and wants counseling to help figure out if she wants to stay in her job. She wants that nudge to go ahead and start something new.
