Enterprise Agility outside of IT
Agile is immersed in software development. Information technology
is the place that we see Agile and a lot of project management
methodologies being used. Is it viable to use Agile concepts outside of
information technology? Now you will reflect on the student learning
outcomes, the hands-on assignments, and Agile concepts and how they
impact you and can be applied in everyday life.
Below is the list of SLO’s:
Discuss moral and ethical issues relating to agile fundamentals
and integrate course-related information with biblical perspectives.
Analyze a scenario with an Agile framework.
Compare and contrast the other project management methodologies and design thinking with Agile methodologies.
Participate in various Agile roles in depth. (Game Simulation)
Produce documentation to communicate Enterprise Agility concepts.
Examine how they can use Agile methodologies in other areas outside of Information Technology.
Analyze Enterprise Agility versus business agility.
Utilize tools within Agile Frameworks. (Use of Visual Paradigm, scrum.org, and Kanboard)
Apply critical thinking to the history of Agile and Agile sustainability.
Write a scholarly paper that is 5-7 pages long (including the cover and reference pages) which includes the following:

How can you apply any of these Student Learning Outcomes in your life outside of school? Give practical examples.
Address the following items:
Compare and contrast Enterprise Agility and Business Agility. Give the pros and cons of each.
Share moral and ethical issues with Enterprise Agility. Give at least one example.
Discuss whether or not Agile sustainability is even possible. Why or Why not?
Give a scripture on how principles and perspectives can effectively be integrated into Agility concepts.
Complete the Scrum Open assessment
and share the results from taking the assessment a second time. Did
your knowledge of Scrum decrease, stay the same, or improve? Explain
your results. ***IMPROVED OVER THE COURSE OF THE CLASS***
Include a section on your experience of Kanboard and the
virtual retrospective. Think about how you could apply this software in
your work environment.
Identify and explain any other lessons you have learned in this course.
Answer at least one question from any of the biblical
perspectives in this course. Feel free to answer more than one if
appropriate.
Use 5 scholarly resources in addition to both texts, and apply APA formatting to the paper, citations, and reference.
