You will also use Expectancy Theory in this question. Describe Expectancy Theory and the content model you selected, distinguish them theoretically from each other, and explain what unique value each adds in understanding/predicting your work motivation.

Discuss Schein’s Career Anchors and Holland’s Personality-Job Fit model. Describe what you learned about yourself and your goals from these models. Which components of each do you believe best describe you and why? How does this knowledge contribute to your career planning? How should it/will it influence the decisions you make as you move forward in your career?

Based on your analysis from the three questions above, present an integrated view of your work preferences, priorities, and/or values (mention concepts/models as relevant, but you do not need to re-present or define them).
Then, informed by that assessment, discuss what an “ideal” organizational fit might be for you, drawing from specific models/concepts in at least 3 of the following areas: Management Models, Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring, Organizational Change, Power and Politics, and Organizational Diversity. Briefly describe the models/concepts you select from each.
