The struggle to break free from status quo is a familiar issue discussed in this chapter. The qualities such as temperance, timeliness, adaptability, responsiveness, and compassion are some expected and, quite frankly, enforced by societal norms over time.
We have certain discretion to make decisions and choices that can be judged as right or wrong.

Chapter 4: Embodiment
The text stated that our culture is obsessed with what men “do,” and who women “are.” How can women undo the default state of “attention in” and become more the extrovert and turn ito the more dominant “attention out?”
