Briefly describe a situation you have observed or have been directly involved in, for each of the two chosen topics. Reflect upon how the situation could have been better handled to promote a healthier outcome. Discuss some of the principles you learned about that topic to relate to how they could have made a difference. Identify a strategy that could help either you or those involved in the situation to integrate the necessary steps to be more culturally competent.
