Assignment: The leadership theory project presentation requires students to conduct an in-depth review of leadership, identifying the major concepts of the selected theory and identifying required competencies and presenting them as a video presentation. The leadership theory overview allows the instructor to assess summative understanding of leadership theory and application. Students should make recommendations for effective ways to learn and teach the identified competencies.

Select a theory discussed in this class; it can be a theory we have not yet covered if you choose.
Record video no more than 10 minutes summarizing the key points and required competencies.
Your presentation must contain video of yourself orally presenting the material.
Your work must be original, no pre-recorded videos from the internet or other sources.
