Discuss the character’s physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development (the movie might not cover all four aspects, so discuss the ones it does cover).

Movie Analysis
Watch a film (in any language) of your choice portraying childhood development. The film you select should have a clear story and a well-developed character who is in their childhood period to observe.
Your film analysis should include the following:

I. An overall brief summary of the story.

II.Discuss how the character deals with their immediate environment (e.g., family, peers, teachers, etc.)

III.How do other people (parents, siblings, teachers, community, etc.) in the character’s life influence their characteristics and behaviors? How do the social, cultural, and economic contexts impact the character?

IV.Discuss the character’s physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development (the movie might not cover all four aspects, so discuss the ones it does cover).

V. Discuss how the movie portrays childhood. How does this align with what you have learned about childhood development in class? In what ways could there have been better alignment?

Throughout your analysis, you need to connect and apply at least 4 concepts/theories we discussed in class to the themes of the movie.
