(1) A summary of the case (Recent Cases) 2018-Present. The case can have a start date before but closing must be 2018 and after.
• Summarize you case: (This means your summary must include the in-text content…please see example. APA includes intext citations(author/date) at the end of your summary. Please paraphrase your work, the turn-it system will flag you if your writing is plagiarized.
(2) An outline of how the criminal justice process worked in the case, each step.
• This mean you have to do your research on the case you selected, this must include all of the steps listed starting on page 11 of your text book. Any steps missing will lower your grade.
(3) An explanation of the due?
• Once you have read chapter 1&2 you should be able to explain if the case followed the due process procedures and if any rights were violated. Looking at the perspectives on justice, you should be able to state if victim/family received equal justice.
4) Discuss the ethical issues that arose in this case or that arise in the criminal justice system?
• If there were ethical issues noted please state what those issues where? What were the issues DNA evidence, conflict with witness, Law enforcement issues, court process issues etc.?
• If your case does not have any ethical issue please state this.
• Then or state a known a case that had ethical issues and clearly state what those issues were.
