This video is related to various women (and men, who are less likely to file a complaint) and shows the progression through domestic violence between a two individuals.

What you need to provide for assignment:
The video discusses the process of abuse. So, what is domestic abuse? What is considered abuse? Why does this happen? How can a woman allow this to happen?
Overall what is the cycle of abuse? How do women or men attempt to prevent the abuse…? Mostly, who are the abusers? Mostly, who are the abused? This information is also inside our textbook, so you must use both references.

This is a very emotional documentary and discussion of the topic. I hope this video will help you to realize how hard it is for a person (man or woman) to leave a violent/abusive relationship… No judgement should be made against any person.
Also, please remember that you are writing a research assignment, and even though it is short, keep the formatting as below:
No abstract is needed.
Opening paragraph (or two), which will contain the thesis question(s) (objective).
You will have 3-5 paragraphs of support to the thesis question(s) (objective).
If you want, you can also have a paragraph for your reaction (subjective).
Ending with a closing paragraph
Please do not write or have the following in your assignments:
A. using: etc.
B. using: “For example”, “An example”, “A great example of this”, or any variation using the word “example”.
C. Discussing or writing an APA citation in the following way: “In the textbook”, “As the textbook stated”, “In the video”, “In chapter 12”, or anything like this, because you are supposed to use the authors’ names and year of publication. Please watch the e-lessons.
D. In addition, you must also use the proper citation formatting.
~Remember the textbook and video are both using direct research, however when you cite them you are using indirect research. The authors of the text and video did not do the research themselves.
~Also, when you use the research article from PsychINFO, you are using direct research, because the authors did the research themselves.
~In addition, starting a paragraph in the following way: , “In conclusion”, “To summarize”, “In addition”, “In this next paragraph” or the like… These transitions are not needed, so just take them out. Once taken out, the sentence should sound perfect by itself…
