I would like for this paper to describe and show examples related to American trading policy during the pandemic. For example, how the the U.S.Congress, previous and current Presidents (Trump and Biden) and cabinet departments took action to deal with any impacts to American imports and exports that we impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
