d. Identify what strategies – Porter’s generic, business and corporate level that the company appears to be following and how the company’s internal abilities and external forces impact on these strategies.
e. Evaluate the company’s performance using financial and other measures that you choose. You will need to utilize your team’s financial analysis for some of the data necessary to understand how well the firm is doing. You will need to examine your company’s financial and market data.
