Discuss the pros and cons of each tool, specifically in terms of communicating performance feedback to employees.

Performance management is a part of Human Capital Management. In today’s technology-driven environment, there are a number of tools that HR has available to effectively manage and track employee performance. There are many large software vendors that have developed easy to use performance management software. For example, tools like ADP and UltiPro have performance management tracking capabilities integrated into the software as an option, which tie to other aspects of the employee’s role (e.g., compensation, performance reviews, and employee development). Performance can be viewed within the tool and communicated to employees on a routine basis. Some organizations choose to have performance management conversations with employees once or twice a year, or more, depending on the employee’s current performance.
From your own reading and research:
Identify two performance management tools.
Discuss how the tools collect and display performance information. Then, compare and contrast the two tools.
Discuss the pros and cons of each tool, specifically in terms of communicating performance feedback to employees.
