others have had to grow.
Pick a company of your choice (existing or created by you). You are the Head of HR for
this company.
In your paper, explain how you make your hiring decisions.
Come up with your HR Strategy and ensure that it aligns with the company’s overall
Strategic plans.
Use business forecasting models to determine your workforce planning and company
needs.
Apply qualitative concepts and quantitative techniques (analytical and excel-based) to
design short (1 – 3 years) and long term (5 years and over) workforce plans for your
company.
Discuss the significance of Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) to support
H.R. planning (and development) methods.
Are your hiring decisions inclusive of candidates from different backgrounds? Is your
