The important thing is that you need to have access to enough company information so you can develop a solid plan.
The written plan should address the following key areas:
Provides information on the organization including the mission and purpose of the organization and performance measures or measures of success for the organization. Discuss what prompted the request for the intervention.
Provides information on the team itself, including the type of team, the team purpose, tasks performed, the number of members, roles and responsibilities of team members, and the phase of development the team is in.
Provides a description of a plan to assess the team’s ability to achieve the team goals and impact organizational outcomes. The assessment plan includes the methods of assessment and a diagnostic tool that addresses the key factors and conditions that affect team functioning.
Proposes and describes a specific team intervention and describes how it should be conducted. Explains how it addresses the findings in the assessment and how it should impact organizational outcomes.
Provides a plan for evaluating the impact of the intervention on organizational results.
The plan must be detailed, clear, and written in complete sentences and paragraphs (minimal use of bullet points).
