The company that we chose was the Tesla Company. My portion is for Part II of the paper and I have listed the instructions for the paper below. I have attached the completed portion of Part I for the Tesla paper so that all parts can flow. I also am attaching a sample paper to use as reference as well.

Each team is responsible for analyzing one company using the principles that we discuss in class. Your paper should include a summary of the company’s external environment, the company’s current strategy, its industry position as well as the key issues it faces. Finally, your group should recommend a course of action to address these issues. The purpose of this assignment is for you to apply the course materials to a company of interest to you. In particular, your group’s paper should be structured as follows:

Part II: Identification of the firm’s current (or previous) strategic position and the proposed (or current) strategic decision in light of the competitive environment and firm strengths and weaknesses
Discuss what the firm is currently doing with regard to the issue and apply course concepts in evaluating the appropriateness of their current strategy. In analyzing this, you should relate their current strategy to the competitive environment and firm strengths and weaknesses that were discussed in Part I.
