List of things I have learned are listed below (All of this are topics that I have learned and
that I have did informatic projects on):

– Business Need and Development of Problem Statement
– CPSI healthcare system does not have audit feature to protect PHI for patients
– Team collaboration and performance is decreasing due to ineffective communication cause by lack of communication plan leading to poor quality of services during Covid 19 pandemic period.
– Gathering and data analysis from EHR system
– analyze and interpret the collected data
– Gathering barriers and figuring out to overcome them
