Feeding the world is a monumental task. There are pros and cons to various methods and technologies undertaken to accomplish this task. Two of the claimed to be useful are factory farming and GMO (genetically modified organisms) foods.
If your last name starts with A-K you will be researching factory farming.
Also include two additional responses to peers. Both responses must be 300 words each.
Research them and discuss what it is and why they are used. Then explain some of the health considerations to the environment, personal and public, from these practices. Please use at least three credible sources to support your response. Discuss your feelings as you research these technological ways to increase food production. Consider all factors involved: sustainability, politics, public health.
You will be graded on your original posting (as usual) – but your 2 responses to classmates MUST be written on postings that researched the opposite topic (the topic that you did not originally research).
