Your Diversity Essay should be approximately 3 – 4 pages, double-spaced. You are required to use at least two (2) sources. One of these may be the e-text. All research and sources need to be cited according to MLA style.
This essay is divided up into three parts:
Part 1
Discuss the general background of this issue: What is it? Who is affected, what groups and individuals? How is it different in different cultures?
Part 2
Discuss this issue in relation to business: How does diversity affect business communication? What are some cultural barriers to communication? What are the challenges from a global perspective?
Part 3
Discuss your own personal examples (things you’ve seen or encountered) related to this issue of diversity.
