From your reading you will have learned about the amount of time a leader spends dealing with drama in the workplace and addressing “ego-behaviors” (page 25).
The reality being that leaders need to deal with their employees or “followers” issues on a daily basis.
Discuss your insights into the role of the leader and followers when it comes to workplace drama.
