Question to be answered:
1.What impacts are humans having on the environment (describe a few). These could be things they do to the environment, each other, etc. Describe at least one economics system from the lecture and how this might factor into impacts. Do you believe there should be limits on the number of children, if your country has a population problem, for example? Explain why/why not.
2. Consider pre and post-Industrial Revolution America… after World War II, what happened to infant death rates? Overall human lifespan for adults? Did they increase or decrease and why? Explain your answer.
3. Search Google for an example of an international program or research into environmental infrastructure: clean water, food, housing, power, etc. What environmental challenges is the program experiencing/do the participants experience? What would you do in that situation to make the program or research more effective? Has the program or research had positive results? Describe what you find.
4. What did you find interesting about the lecture this week? Is there something specific you feel should also have been included? Thoughts? Provide a brief thought.
