Module three shows how poverty, violence, and substance abuse, affects child and family welfare.
After reading the assigned chapters and resources
Summarize the role poverty plays in putting people at risk of homelessness, violence and addiction.
Explain why poverty cannot be solved by telling people to work harder.
Respond to at least three classmates or more debating why you think the argument of people are poor because they are unmotivated, do not work hard enough, and make poor decisions is inadequate to solve the problem of poverty
