Each student will submit a topic of interest (related to health outcomes in aging, related to nutrition/diet) to the instructor to be preapproved. Once approved, the student will conduct a literature review and write up a research paper on their findings. The paper should be 3-5 pages in length, typed, and double spaced. Use a 12 font size and one inch margins on each side. In addition, please include a list of references, using APA bibliographic format. Refer to the APA publication manual (6th ed.www.purdueowl.org) for instruction to writing a research paper and referencing. You will also prepare a PowerPoint presentation, 3-5 slides, to be delivered to the class and submitted with the research paper.
