Dispatch

Has to be something do with something within dispatch. Find at least 5 sources on your chosen topic and another 5-10 for the sub-topics. Create and annotated bibliography where you spell out for me what each piece of literature will add to your lit review and your final paper. (Examples, (1) piece for the history or big picture; (2) one piece that is more general in focus; (3) one piece about a more narrow area; (4) subsequent research that addresses questions raised in that sub heading. For example, domestic violence: (1) historical problem; (2) the criminal justice system has had trouble dealing with it effectively; (3) efforts have been made; (4) describe these efforts. (Could go a totally different way: focus on police; focus on prosecutors; focus on victims; focus on batterers, etc.)
