Do a Google search on both artists work before you make your decision on your artwork.
An artwork that has more color, texture, and elements of design will be easier to work on overall.
Also consider theme, as a work with an understandable theme will be easier to write about as well.

You will write about elements and principles of Art like line, shape, color and texture.

You will also cover Principles of Design like balance, emphasis, focal point, rhythm, pattern, as well as repetition, scale
and proportion.
