Do you bring employees back to the office or create a different model for remote work? What is the plan?
Your restaurant has become a big hit, particularly for a couple of items. A regional grocery chain has negotiated for you to supply them with a frozen version of those two items, which means you have to open a dedicated additional preparation facility and transport, which means leasing or buying trucks. Current restaurant employees are raising questions about work hours, with some wanting to transfer to the new facility, so they don’t have to work nights or weekends, while others wonder about wage disparities and seniority issues. What’s the plan?
You want to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at your organization. You feel this is both morally wise and financially sound. Some employees are skeptical, not just the While males either. How do you improve diversity, equity, and inclusion while simultaneously supporting existing employees and continuing to improve the organization in other ways? How do you help existing employees adapt to new cultural experiences? How do you help new employees feel comfortable and valued for more than their skin color, sex, or gender?
Assignment Overview
Create a change management plan for one of the scenarios below or a similar one you come up with using The Continuous Change Process Model.

Your change plan should help you and your organization avoid the pitfalls faced by Kodak.
Possible scenarios
Your appointment-setting call center has grown beyond the space you have available and what the local job market appears able to support, so you’ve decided to move to remote work.
During the pandemic, you allowed employees to move to remote work. They not only love remote work, but many valuable employees moved out of state. Unfortunately, organizational performance has dropped. You feel you are not getting the collaboration and culture camaraderie you feel is vital. Do you bring employees back to the office or create a different model for remote work? What is the plan?
