Does the elimination of gluten in the diet help with autoimmune disease?

This
is a research paper to be done in parts at the time not all at once instructed
by the professor that will be grading the paper.
– I would be giving due dates of
the specific parts when she tells me to do so at the end final paper would be
everything together.
-The
first part of the paper which is the only thing I want you to do first which is
due 02/24 is to choose a research question and find two related primary research
articles (original research; not review articles) that help you answer this
research question.

1) choose a research question from following about any nutrient, phytochemical, or whole food and its effect on prevention of disease or improvement of health.
Some possibilities for a nutrient or food of
interest:
• carbohydrates
(dietary fiber, fructose, sucrose, HFCS (high fructose corn syrup), lactose,
oligosaccharides, etc.)
• proteins or
amino acids (gluten, tryptophan, homocysteine, BCAAs, etc.)
• fats or fatty
acids (olive oil, coconut oil, omega-3 fatty acids, EPA, DHA, etc.)
• whole foods
(fish, dairy products, chocolate, fruits, vegetables, etc.)
• phytochemicals
(soy isoflavones, carotenoids, etc.)
• vitamins (any
of the B vitamins, vitamins C, A, D, E, or K)
• minerals
(calcium, magnesium, zinc, etc.)
• NOT a whole
diet regimen (Mediterranean diet, ketogenic diet, etc.)
• NOT an
exercise regimen or athletic training protocol
2) Find two related
primary research articles (original research; not review articles) that
help you answer this research question. The articles must appear in a recent
peer-reviewed professional (medical or nutritional) journal and must be a
report on a human intervention study,
also called a clinical trial. Randomized
controlled trials (RCT) are strongly preferred, but at least one must be
an RCT. Different types of research studies and publications are covered in
class; see the end of these guidelines for clarification. Figure that “recent”
means published within the
last 7 years.
Each article
should be about one
research study investigating the effects of a nutrient or food on blood
levels, some measure of health, or the prevention of disease in humans.
Peer-reviewed
medical or nutritional journals include Journal of the Academy of Nutrition
and Dietetics (JAND), Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA),
American Journal of Clinical Nutrition (AJCN), J of Nutrition (J Nutr), New
England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), etc.
For your
randomized controlled intervention study, do not use review articles (in other words,
do not choose an article that is called a review), or articles labeled
commentaries or meta-analyses. For this reason, please avoid the journal entitled Nutrition Reviews which
is an excellent journal, but it contains only review articles, not reports of
original research studies.
For this
assignment, please AVOID
popular magazines such as Prevention, Women’s Day, Good Housekeeping, Health,
etc.
The
following research questions have been already chosen by my classmates and posted,
please do not choose them again
Does the elimination of gluten in the diet help with

Does chocolate improve hypertension?
Does the usage of folic acid reduce the chances of the
fetus developing any neural tube defects?
Does the intake of dietary fiber relieve constipation in
the elderly?
Does regular olive oil consumption reduce the risk of
cardiovascular disease?
I
have also attached what the parts that the paper will required in the long run,
however, keep in mind that for the first part I just want the topic (research question), plus
find two related primary research articles( original research, not review
articles)that help you answer this research question, and please look at above
to what the research articles must include for guidance.

My professor said there can’t be any exact repeats for
the research question, I must get feedback from professor about how is my topic
I choose and how is my articles before I move on next step, please do not start
write the research paper without my feedback because there might be another
student choose same research question or professor say the research question and two
articles what we choose are not good, I might ask you to get another one.
