Does the paper pose a clear, concise, and relevant argument?

The
purpose of the research project is for you to conduct independent
research about the relationship between sports and society in 20th
Century Africa. Your paper needs to be framed around a minimum of three relevant academic secondary sources (i.e. – books, academic papers/articles) and utilize a collection of primary sources.
Papers are expected to be around 2,500 words. Please follow Chicago
style citation formatting. See Appendix F for citation information and
writing guidelines. Rewrites will be welcome.
Research Paper assessment criteria is the following:
Did you complete all three check-ins?
Does the paper pose a clear, concise, and relevant argument?
Does the paper position your research in relation to three relevant, academic secondary sources?
Does the paper analyze primary source materials to support your overall argument?
Does the paper provide specific examples/evidence to support your claims/arguments?
Do you properly and consistently cite the source of your evidence?
Is your paper written in a clear and coherent manner?
Does the paper include the necessary organizational components?
