Driving Performance

Analyse an organisational goal that requires reframed, amended or new employee behaviours for it to be met effectively.
Your example can be an analysis of a successful change or an analysis of a current situation that needs change. The example that you choose will form the basis of an implementation report to be prepared for Assessment 3.
You will need to explain:
– what the goal is
– what the initial behaviour(s) looked like
– the desired outcome of the change
– why it requires behavioural change
– how, theoretically, an integrated reward and performance plan will enable the
behavioural change.

–The analysis in Assessment 1 will be presented in two forms:
(a)a voice over (provided in notes) PowerPoint presentation of no more than 4 slides, that lasts no more than 2 minutes
The presentation should enable the observer to understand the planned behaviour change in terms of what, why and theoretically how.
(b) a two page explanatory note (Times new roman 12, 1.5 spacing, standard margins, not including the reference list).

The explanatory note clarifies the desired performance outcomes,
highlights any contextually relevant issues that are not fully covered in the
presentation, and indicates the potential implications
