Analyze the relationship between law and the company/ industry you have chosen for your business plan – THE CHOSEN INDUSTRY IS PRIVATE JET COMPANY. You will identify a legal topic or law related pertinent to your company/industry. You will need to identify at least one specific law that relates to your legal topic. These could be federal, state, local, or administrative laws, either in existence or currently proposed, that speak to your topic. CHOSEN TOPIC IS DRUG TESTING SO ANY LAW THAT RELATES TO DRUG TESTING AND WOULD AFFECT PEOPLE WORKING IN AVIATION INDUSTRY.
Once you have chosen a topic and corresponding law(s) that interest you (and submitted in the weeks prior), you will be required to conduct research into each law’s background. This would include investigating and discussing such factors as the historical and political forces responsible for producing the law as well as the underlying policy and practical reasons that justified its creation. You will also explain if there is any pending litigation or legislative action pertaining to your topic.
Next you will conduct a business analysis of your law. To accomplish this, you should thoroughly explain what type of company/industry you wish to apply the laws to (public, private, or nonprofit) as selected for your business plan – CHOSEN COMPANY IS A PRIVATE JET COMPANY IN PRIVATE SECTOR. You will then analyze the law by its specific effects on the employees and management. You may also include ownership, whether it is a family-owned business or if there are public shareholders – CAN MAKE THIS UP. Please note that some of these laws are quite broad and you may need to narrow your business analysis to a part of the law rather than its whole.
The paper must use in text citations (APA style) with a bibliography. The more you cite the better, and always give credit when you quote material. Citations are not required for your opinions, unless you base them on the ideas of another. Spelling, grammar, and logical sentence and idea flow are required. You may include charts and tables.
