Include a search function, do not make the customer click through 5 pages of items to find what they need, or they might leave.
Include a clickable logo/banner across the top left/right corner of the page that will take the customer back to the homepage.

Describe three strengths and three weaknesses of acquiring a turnkey EB/EC application.
Pros:
Time: As the name suggests, it is ready to go almost immediately.
Ease: Very little to do on startup, there is no need to hire an IT team for setup.
Compatibility: Everything has been designed as “all in one”
Cons:
Cost: The startup cost may be expensive; you are charged for the ease and quickness of setup.
Maintenance: Who will oversee maintenance? Will you need to buy a support contract and worry about having to call them and not get support immediately?
Customization: If you want to make any changes you may need to submit a feature request or just be told that it is not possible all together.
