How Colleges Mishandling Racial Tensions on Campus” seemed like a much needed resource for both high school students as well as college administrators. High school students need the reality that college is not just this magical place where everything is parties and late night shenanigans. There are going to be tensions in college, and this is going to be the first time for many of them to make independent adult decisions regarding these tensions. This resource also needs to be reviewed by college administration to ensure they are doing everything within their authority to provide a safe campus for students. These students are adults, but they still deserve for the college to ensure surrounding are conducive to both learning and living.
