The proposal for a
program plan topic should address several questions, including:

What do you see as an important educational problem that needs
to be addressed?
·
Why do you think it is an important problem for you to address?
·
How can finding a solution result in significant
changes/improvements?
For a review of the
discussion on generating program ideas, refer to Chapter 6 in the Caffarella
text. The actual program will be designed in sections throughout the course in
coordination with the content of the course. In the next lesson, you will
reflect on your personal philosophy to submit Lesson 3: Final Program Plan Personal Philosophy Assignment.
The required proposal
should be no more than 500 words maximum.
