New pay arrangements
Your organisation wants to introduce new pay arrangement for your manuafacturing employees which would result in some functions receiving increases and others receiving small decreases.
The local union has problems with the ‘reduction’ aspect. from an industrial relations perspective, what are steps needed and what issues are likely to arise in the UK. Use the PPO frame work. (up to 400 words).
