The Carl Hayden team wins the robotic competition by utilizing a variety of strategies for success. Choose one of the following strategies that you have used in the past and discuss both why the strategy was effective for the Carl Hayden team and your personal experience with the strategy:
-Volunteering for difficult tasks– to paraphrase Oscar, “doing things that no one else [wants] to do” (162):
Though exhausted, Oscar and Lorenzo volunteer to stay up late fixing the robot so others can sleep (162).
**OR**
-Changing plans or strategies to meet the demands of the situation.
Oscar changes their planned order of tasks after the robot encounters some early problems in the competition (170).
