My topic is One Step Forward, Two Steps Back
Complete an analysis of a scholarly article
that you locate through ProQuest or EBSCO Host. These should not be an article
found on-line or a blog post. If you present me with this type of research I
will return the article and ask you to resubmit a scholarly article. This short article should be one that you can
do the following:
1)
Write
and submit to Blackboard a minimum of two page and up to three pages (double-spaced) write up to include:
a.
why
the article is significant to diversity and inclusivity
b.
what
you feel are the key or relevant findings to your professional work (turning
theories learned in class to practice)
c.
what
you found significant to the topic of diversity/inclusion and how you could
apply this to your workplace
2)
Post
this article in the section drop box for the Diversity Article Analysis.
Article
should be double-spaced, with 12 pt. font.
Please include a cover page and reference(s) page. Both
the cover page and reference(s) do not count in the actual pages for the write
up of the article but both a cover and reference page is required.
