Arguments: These break down the thesis, showing the points that must be proven in order to work up to proving the topic sentence.
Evidence/Support : Details, facts cited as proof, quotations, etc.
Quotations are any words, phrases or sentences that you copy directly from another source—spoken or written. Does not have to be dialogue.
PART THREE: CONCLUSION
Logically wraps up the ideas that have been presented
Does not introduce new and unrelated material or ideas
Leaves the reader with something to think about
