Hello, I am Sebastian and it is my first time using essaypro. The guidelines to write the final paper will be below. The topic for my paper is the Ethics related to Cryptocurrency. This topic is new and I know it is hard and that is why I am here I feel that he wants us to find the ethical theories that we have seen in class and use them or identify them in our topic in the paper and explain our opinion in it, I feel that cryptocurrency is going to be the money of the future but I also feel that it has its bad things related to them being untraceable and used in the black market. This professor is really hard at grading in general so I thought I could use help since I am not good at writing papers. In the Guidelines it says that I have to use at least 3 ethical theories (kantian ethics, utilitarianism, teleological ethics,virtue theory, etc). If the explanation on how to do the paper is to vague let me know and I’ll try to do it again and explain it better. We have a courseware called interactive explorations in which I have an account with the material that we have been using, if you need that let me know. I need a “B” to maintain my actual grade:). Finally in the number of sources I did not put how much of them I need but if it is more than 4 or 5 I think it is ok but I will leave it up to you. I really appreciate the help.

I. Students should choose a topic (in consultation with your academic advisor) relating to their major or professional interests and clear that with Dr. Bube by meeting with him in person.
II. Once the topic is cleared with Dr. Bube, the student should do some basic research (be sure to document and cite your sources) about that topic. The research may include news articles, books, essays, etc., from appropriate sources (e.g., nationally recognized news and academic sources – not random websites). If students have questions about appropriate sources, they can consult with a professor in their major or Dr. Bube.
III. When writing the paper, think about the structure of the modules in the courseware: General background on the issue; applications of different ethical theories to the issue; a conclusion that takes into account differing views on the issue. In the section of the paper dealing with applications of ethical theories, choose at least three of the following theories covered in this course: utilitarianism, rights, justice, virtue, religious. Your sources about the issue will probably not explicitly name the theories they use. You will need to identify them when discussing the views in your sources.
Basic Formatting Requirements:
Papers must be typed or word-processed in a 12 pt. font (preferably Garamond or Times New Roman) with 1 inch margins all around. Line spacing should be double-spaced. Page length should be somewhere between 2500-5000 words. (It is acceptable to have a longer paper.)
The filename of the paper should follow this format: lastname_FinalPaper.docx. Although papers are graded primarily on the basis of content, not following the instructions in these guidelines and/or poor writing will affect grading. Papers should be submitted as a Word document by e-mail before class on the dates listed below.
Students must document the sources of ideas and quotes that are not theirs. You should use MLA system to cite sources and create a reference cited page. Paraphrasing sources should be avoided. Special Note: I want parenthetical citations to include relevant page numbers even when you are not quoting.
General Points Regarding Writing Papers (I suggest you check off each point as you make sure it is completed):
Do not use contractions in formal papers
Avoid using “man” and “mankind” when you really mean human or humankind
Citations should always include page numbers if the source is paginated. When citing the courseware, cite the Module and section names, e.g., (“Capital Punishment,” ‘The Nature of Punishment).
Citations of web sites should be complete and specific–for example, if you are referring to material found at https://home.lyon.edu/rph/rph205/PaperGuidelines.html do not put https://home.lyon.edu/rph/ only.
It is not enough simply to list all the works consulted at the end of a paper. All information and ideas which a student finds from the works consulted must be specifically cited at the point in the paper where that information is included.
A paper that is almost entirely quotes rather than the student’s explanation of the ideas in the source used is not appropriate — that kind of paper is not a paper at all, just an assemblage of quotations.
Each page of your paper, except the title page, should have a page number. In Microsoft Word, choose the “Insert” menu, and then “Cover Page” at the top left.
Since your papers are to be turned in electronically, to sign and pledge your papers, you should include your name, your student ID number, and the phrase, “I pledge this assignment”
In my classes, I prefer that you refer to yourself as “I” rather than as “the author of this paper” or “we”
