Please help complete my midterm take home exam. There are 4 exams in total that each require 400 word responses to the questions asked. The questions are related to our class readings. Essay 1 (required): Choose 3 of the ethical decision-making models presented in Week 7.
· Compare and contrast the 3 frameworks with each other – how are they alike? Not?
· Identify 3 strengths and 3 critiques for each model.
· Based on your comparisons and analysis, develop your own original ethical decision-making model. Please be sure to include rationale for each step in your model (e.g., your leadership philosophy, your ethical frame preferences, etc.). Include a diagram.

· Use the moral intensity reading and Johnson Ch 3 to help revise Bagley’s ethical decision tree to be more aligned with our current social needs? Describe how the model would change and why. Please be specific, cite appropriately, and draw in readings.
