1.- Begin the paper with a 2-page literature review research that crystallizes the central topic of your study (ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION). Synthesize the literature you reviewed.
2.- Evaluate and synthesize how your topic supplements, enhances, or contradicts the views of Cialdini. (Remember, a synthesis is not a paragraph summary of single articles. Synthesis draws comparisons and contrasts between a variety of references for each topic discussed).
