Choose any Anthony Bourdain episode (from any of his shows, A Cook’s Tour, No Reservations, The Layover, and/or Parts Unknown). Analyze (and explain) what you think he is trying to argue about the food culture he visits. Then, research that food culture yourself. Do you think he is right? Wrong? Evaluate his argument and then enter in a direct argument with his depiction of the food culture in question.
