Evaluate how conflicting values are impacting the BioWave team’s motivation. Some things to consider: Are expectations (the “social contract”) being met? What is the degree of trust and respect between the team and leadership? Between leadership and the team? Support your responses with specific, well-described examples and evidence from the reading and preparation. Cite your sources of information.
Evaluate how your values, ethical priorities, and behaviors are aligned in your life. Consider the 10 Principles of Alignment in Chapter 5 Links to an external site.of Caldwell and Anderson (2020). Identify and describe the values that are most important to you. For each value, give one or two examples of behaviors that demonstrate it.
Describe what you must do to realign your life with what is truly in your best interests. What needs to change?
Make the self-evaluation as personal or impersonal as you like. If you’re not comfortable responding personally, answer from the perspective of someone you know well or from the perspective of the team leader in the scenario.
