The
theme of this research essay is the leadership and the effects of leader-member
exchange.

Research Topic
The
future of today’s world is the knowledge economy. According to Carlistan &
Isik (2016) some problems are very large and complex, such as addressing global
readiness across diverse work settings. Like all other fields of study
advancing day by day, the field of nursing is also advancing, and in this research
essay, we shall explore the “Advance learning and leadership in the field of
Nursing.”

What
are the outcomes of advanced learning and earning certifications in the
profession of nursing?
Analysis
The
paper intends to investigate the beliefs of healthcare professionals such as
doctors in leadership roles of the idea of “Dark Side”. This is done by
utilizing information gathered from interviews completed with the specialists
in clinical positions across in Canada.
There are two potential
ramifications of the utilization of the expression “dark side”. In
the first place, clinical practice, which revolves around the public that is
lessening human suffering, is instinctively alleged by the doctors as a good
thing. The second place is the perception of the doctors that they are more
focused on the leadership positions (Loh, Morris, Thomas, Bismark, Phelps, & Dickinson
2016). Therefore getting involved in the management is considered as moving
away from their primary job that is providing the health care facility to the
public. This relationship between patients and doctors results can be described
as healthcare services being professional services. The frontline workers in the
field of medical professionals such as doctors are considered authoritative
persons because they have professional training and degrees; thus, they can
control the authority of those who are in the managerial position because they
are less trained and also do not own any special degrees. Therefore the doctors
can play a vital role in the improvement and development of healthcare services,
or they can act as a barrier in the improvement of healthcare services (Fennimore & Warshawsky 2019).
Therefore, the doctors are usually
discouraged from taking part in the managerial activities and are advised to
focus on their primary duties that are providing the healthcare facility to the
people. In this way, there will be less conflict, and public healthcare will be
improved, which is the basic obligation of the state towards the public (Fitzpatrick 2017).

studies are being gotten from the literature while being presented in a critical
style, depicting both sides of the analysis. Significant results are logically
documented, with different conclusions made. The marketing and business with
the background which is cross-cultural and having superior experience o
training must be considered in the corporations. Business management is being
facilitated in recent years because of the developments and innovations of
computer technologies. This has eased work for several employees across the
world. However, business managers might face ethical issues at different levels
